Job Purpose

We are seeking a talented and detail-orientated Creative Artworker to join our dynamic Design team. You will work closely with our Head of Design and wider creative team to produce high-quality artwork and design production for a range of B2B events, exhibitions and experiential campaigns. This role requires a combination of creative thinking and technical precision, producing artwork across multiple formats including digital assets, print materials and large-format exhibition graphics for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Production: Develop and refine 2D artwork, graphics, and visual elements for event materials, exhibition stands, signage, and digital applications
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure all creative work adheres to client brand guidelines, colour specifications (CMYK, Pantone, RGB) and visual identity standards
  • File Management: Produce production-ready artwork files with proper technical specifications for print, digital and exhibition applications
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Head of Design, creative leads, and the wider team to realise creative concepts and client briefs
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design consistency across projects using established design systems and brand frameworks
  • Revisions and Refinement: Manage iterative design revisions based on feedback, maintaining quality and timeline standards
  • Technical Specifications: Manage artwork specifications for various production methods and platforms (print, digital, large format, exhibition)
  • Team Coordination: Liaise with the wider team and production partners as needed to support delivery.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends, creative tools, and industry best practices.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout design
  • Knowledge of print production specifications and file requirements (resolution, colour modes, bleeds)
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple deliverables
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and visual identity systems
  • Portfolio demonstrating event design, print or exhibition experience

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with event design or experiential marketing
  • Knowledge of 3D design or visualization tools
  • Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, similar platforms) for ideation and concept development
  • Experience in a B2B marketing or agency environment
  • Video or motion graphics experience
  • Presentation software skills (PowerPoint, Keynote)

Experience Required

  • 3–5 years professional graphic design or artwork experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering brand-led design projects
  • Portfolio demonstrating a range of completed work

Additional Information

Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: Bromley, Greater London (office-based / hybrid, depending on role requirements)

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

This role may require occasional international travel, therefore candidates must be able to obtain and maintain valid travel documentation where required.
