We’re looking for a self-directed and highly motivated Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and execution, working closely with the Sales team to double our lead generation and expand into new markets. This role requires a visionary strategist who can direct content marketing efforts, oversee resource design and lead generation paths, and build strategic partnerships with event industry brands and partner channels. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in modern marketing automation, AI-driven content generation, and data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns and maximize reach. The Marketing Director will lead and mentor a team of two—a Marketing Manager and a Marketing Content Creator—fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

Successful candidates will have the following: 

• 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in event services, B2B marketing, or professional services.
• A proven track record of increasing lead generation and driving measurable business growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and performance tracking across channels (SEO, paid media, email, social, content, etc.).
• Experience leveraging AI-driven tools for content generation, automation, and workflow optimization.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to turn marketing plans into revenue-generating initiatives.
• Proven experience in content marketing, resource design, and inbound lead generation.
• Experience in building strategic partnerships with industry brands and partner channels.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams to drive high-impact results.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Creative, and Leadership teams.

What you would be doing at Unbridled: 

• Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Work closely with Sales to double our lead volume and expand into new markets through data-driven strategies and AI-powered automation.
• Content Marketing Strategy: Direct the creation of high-impact marketing content, including thought leadership resources, case studies, and campaign assets.
• Marketing Automation & AI Integration: Leverage AI-driven content tools and automated workflows to improve efficiency, personalization, and engagement.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze marketing performance across digital channels, optimizing campaigns based on real-time insights and predictive analytics.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a Marketing Manager and Marketing Content Creator, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Strategic Partnerships: Develop relationships with key brands in the event industry to increase exposure and drive co-marketing opportunities.
• Brand & Messaging: Ensure all marketing efforts align with Unbridled’s brand, voice, and values, reinforcing our position as an industry leader.
